To facilitate contactless scanning at admissions, have your QR codes (printed or on your mobile device) ready. While onsite, visitors may move freely through the site, though we ask all guests to be mindful that people have varying comfort levels with respect to masking and distancing. Please respect the recommended 2 meters physical distancing.
To facilitate a timely boarding process, please follow all boarding instructions at the train station.
Due to capacity restrictions, passengers must board the train in their designated time slot, though they are welcome to arrive early if they like.
The train has a special car with a life, room for passengers in wheelchairs and seats for their companions.
All visitors in wheelchairs will be boarded first. Ensure that you are at the train station 10 minutes prior to your scheduled train ride.
Due to safety concerns, we ask that all passengers requiring assistance be accompanied by a caregiver who is able to help with boarding.
The main building, washroom, and pathways between these and the train are all wheelchair accessible.
As dogs are not allowed on the train, we ask that visitors leave their canine family members at home unless they are certified service animals.
The trails and majority of the site will be closed to the public, so the pups will be happier at home.
