History:

  • BC Department of Railways inspection certificate shows it undergoing its first inspection at BC Cement Company’s Blubber Bay operation on December 15, 1950, as locomotive No.1. This railway operation closed in 1953.
  • It later became G&WR No.23, then CVR No.23.
  • No longer operational.
  • Also known as "Sandy."
